Every ICS team is made up of volunteers from the UK and volunteers from the country where the project is running.
In-country volunteers bring new ideas, energy and understanding to the team – helping it to be more effective.
Most in-country volunteers will have a counterpart from the UK who they will work closely with. This includes Team Leaders.
