Don’t miss out on ICS - limited places remaining

An ICS Volunteer engages with her classroom in Zambia

Limited departures remaining in 2018, so apply today to secure your place.

Your 12 weeks on ICS could be the challenging and life-changing experience you're looking for. It will give you real experience of working in a developing country on projects that improve the lot of people living in some of the poorest places in the world.

You will be sent to where you are needed most and supported every step of the way. Flights and accommodation are taken care of,  you will be supported by dedicated staff, and you will be working alongside young people from the country you work in.

You don't need qualifications to take part in ICS - just the ambition to make a difference. It's not going to be easy. Places are running out. Have you got what it takes?

VSO ICS volunteer Tania was the 20,000th volunteer to go on placement

"I never thought I'd be doing this. I never thought I'd be squatting to go to the toilet or cycling miles to see something. My friends didn't believe I'd do it. But as soon as I saw ICS I knew I wanted to be involved."

"I’m 19. I’d never had any experience of consulting before ICS. Luckily for me, I was teamed up with three amazing people who taught me so much about working with businesses. Now I’m back, and as for my future goals – the sky is the limit."
